Good to know
Who owns the website and our data?
Your masjid does. If you ever leave, we hand everything over within 30 days: your pages, forms and your full community list.
Can we keep our current website address?
Yes. We point your existing address to the new site, so nothing changes for your community.
Do we need anyone technical on the committee?
No. We train one person to update times, events and notices. Anything harder, we do for you.
Are the details of new Muslims kept private?
Yes. Only the people who follow them up can see them, and nothing is ever shared or sold.
What happens if we stop?
Give us 30 days' notice. Your web address and your content are always yours: we hand over a full export of your contacts and pages, and help you move if you want to.
Are there any other costs?
Only usage you choose to switch on, such as WhatsApp messages, email sending, phone calls or SMS. These are billed at cost to your own card, never marked up, and are usually a few dollars a month. Your web address renewal (about $20 to $30 a year) is paid by you, because it belongs to you.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Pay $990 for the year (AUD) and get 2 months free.
